Meet Vince,
our main collaborator

"I created the first Mystical Steel Handpan in 2017 after 11 months of daily research and determination.

I come from a family of artistic craftsmen specializing in blacksmithing, sculpture, and other visual arts.

I lived abroad for a long time, gaining numerous professional and personal experiences. A key point in my 'previous life' was managing teams in film studios in Canada, such as DreamWorks, which gave meaning to many years of higher education.

​

Working on the film The Little Prince, based on Saint-Exupéry's work, particularly resonated with me as it portrays a misunderstood man who draws and faces his destiny (an engine failure in the middle of the desert). Inevitably, his consciousness becomes weary... Unless it manages to transcend its mortal position, bound by circumstantial determinism, to manifest its freedom through voluntary actions.

This period in my life marked a turning point as I faced the futility of the path I was on in a society that shapes us to be useful, only to realize it did not inspire me.

I eventually turned to the hammer, like my father before me, and to my passion for music and my fascination with the Handpan, which now gives meaning to each new day."
